Nord Current Subscription Agreement 1. Service Description The periodic research publication, herein referred to as "Nord Current," is a publication created and distributed by Nord Associates LLC. The research publication may include, but is not limited to, informative articles, informational fact sheets about alternative investment managers, and other relevant content. Nord Current is intended to be delivered weekly, though that is not guaranteed. 2. Subscription Term The subscription term begins upon the subscriber's acceptance of this agreement and continues on a monthly basis unless terminated by either party with prior notice. 3. Subscription Fee The subscriber agrees to pay the monthly subscription fee, the amount of which is specified at the time of subscription. Payment is due on the first day of the month following delivery of the Nord Current, and failure to pay may result in the termination of the subscription. 4. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the subscriber will continue to receive Nord Current until the end of the month during which the subscription was cancelled, and any outstanding fees will be due at the end of that month. 5. Intellectual Property All content included in Nord Current, including but not limited to text, images, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Nord Associates LLC and is protected by copyright law. Subscribers may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the content without express written permission. 6. Privacy and Data Protection Nord Associates LLC will handle subscriber information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not share subscriber information with third parties without consent. 7. Limitation of Liability Nord Associates LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use Nord Current. 8. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota. 9. Entire Agreement This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Nord Associates LLC and the subscriber and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
